Introduction Session

This is an opportunity to meet each other and establish if counselling is for you.  Therapy may seem intimidating at first so I like to offer a session for you to ask any questions and get to know one another before you commit to a full session.

Full counselling session

During this time we will explore together.  Sessions will usually include discussion, introspection and education on practical tools and methods.  One week we may be looking at triggers or unpacking past events, the next could be creating an action plan to improve confidence.  You are unique and this is reflected in each session.  Most clients opt to have their sessions via video call, which gives them the flexibility to engage in a space that is most convenient for them.

Enquiring for a loved one

Often, those who need help the most will be the last person to reach out for it.  If you are seeking to help a loved one and would like to meet me before suggesting they get in contact, this is a brief session to humanise the process.  

Please note that at this time all sessions are conducted via skype; these contact details will be provided once a session has been booked.

Covid Support

Covid19 has had a universal effect on mental health; exacerbating stress and simultaneously isolating us from support.  These blocks of half hour sessions are an opportunity to unburden yourself in an empathic space and lighten the strain of day to day life.  The session is free-form and will be shaped by the topics you want to discuss.
